Added a side of rice for the chicken stew. Service we had nolly? Molly? She's always sweet and pleasant. I really enjoyed the texture of the flat noodles.

Meal was delicious. It's a familiar, yet different, flavor profile. Deducted 1/2 star because the portions could be larger.

Had an amazing lunch at Dolan. Never had Uyghur food before, and was amazed by the rich, flavourful taste. It's a perfect fusion of Chinese-Middle Eastern cuisine. Everything we ordered was good. We stumbled upon this gem on a day trip to DC. We tried the Dolan tea blend, which is a mix of floral, sweet, spice. There's chrysanthemum, rose hip, dried dates, wolfberry - perfect for a gusty 40F day. We tried the beef pilaf - perfect spiced beef slices with rice, its served with a refreshing cucumber, tomato and onion with a sesame dressing. Goshnan - flaky Naan with a beef and lamb spiced filling. Perfectly cooked chicken kebab that was so tender it just melts at first bite. Wish there was a restaurant like this here in South Florida!! Highly recommend

I got the karma chop with beef. It is a spicey dish with thick noodles and beef. It was tasty Went there a bit after lunch time so the restaurant was not so full. Service is by a young girl herself so not enough as I assume. The decorations all over the restaurant is blue walls with their country wise big pictures. It gives it authentic look.

Saturday evening just me & my husband visited this restaurant . Delicious food very different. We ordered vegetarian samsa . It was made with butternut squash . Very flavorful loved the shell soft yet tasty . We ordered Lamb shank on a bed of rice pilaf. Very good and delicious . Rice was cooked to perfection not spicy at all .Lamb was soft and spice flavored to perfection .

Haven't had Uyghur food in a long time and wanted to try out this place in Chantilly. The restaurant was nicely decorated with a lot of big paintings and little cute chandeliers. The waiter was very nice to us and recommended a bunch of entrees to us. I got the traditional Uyghur beef stew and my friend got the pearl noodles. As expected, the pearl noodles were kind of salty but it's typical for this type of cuisine! The beef stew was very comforting and not spicy as it looks. I love Uyghur food and would come back to try the other food! Highly recommend!

Came for lunch with my mom after we went to the Christmas Expo at Dulles. The restaurant itself is small and cute and nicely decorated. The staff are quick to greet you and show you to a table. They only have QR codes for menus which I know is the new thing, but my mom wasn't thrilled. We ordered the vegetarian samsa (butternut squash and peppers). It was very flavorful and good for two to share but probably wouldn't be good for multiple people to share. We also got the chicken Laghman to share. This portion was quite large with yummy chicken, vegetables, and handmade noodles that were chewy and wonderful. The sauce was extremely flavorful (but be careful as the whole spices are left in there and biting into one of those is intense. Overall it was a delicious lunch and we will definitely be back to try more of the menu
